As a Quality Manager, you will work with customer projects and act as the customer's representative for internal quality assurance throughout the process, from order to delivery. The role primarily involves ensuring that quality is adhered to at all stages of the process from quotation, production, and delivery, as well as follow-up work for analysis and improvement proposals. There is quite a bit of administration as there are requirements and standards that must be followed. You will work closely with the project manager and other departments in the company throughout all stages of the project from quotation to delivered product and after-sales service. 

Examples of tasks:

• Overall responsibility throughout the process, planning, production stage, delivery, and finally improvement opportunities for future projects.
• Quality planning and requirement management from the customer.
• Quality control before delivery, including review and certification.
• Quality improvement by identifying and implementing improvements.
• Support after-sales by reviewing and ensuring quality.

To take on the role of Quality Manager, you need to meet the requirements below and have a strong interest in quality issues. You need to be humble, confident in a responsible role, and a communicative team player who enjoys working towards the same goals as the rest of the organization. In some cases, the workload may increase, which means you need to feel comfortable structuring your work to deliver on time.

Requirements

• YH/university or engineering degree in a relevant field, such as quality, leadership, mechanical engineering, or similar.
• Work experience in development and R&D.
• Work experience in quality and/or standards.
• Experience working in larger companies within the industry.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The assignment is classified in a security class. Before employment, you must undergo a security review and be approved according to applicable regulations for security protection. This may entail requirements for certain citizenship.

Start: According to agreement
Scope: Full-time, until further notice
Working hours: Office hours 8-17, flexible
Location: Gothenburg and possibly Mölnlycke.
